o You must be at all meetings and mandatory events unless excused by class
o You have a maximum of 3 unexcused absences
o After 3 absences, you will be put on probation and must pay a $10 fine
o If you cannot be at a meeting or event, you must EMAIL (not text or facebook) Jaime McWilliams.
· We are well on our way to becoming an active chapter

o Eboard consulted several brother, non-brothers and faculty
o Unanimously decided to change philanthropy
o No affiliation with BC/EFA
o We need to financially support ourselves first
o Theatre Buddies will be our new philanthropy
§ Partnership with Boys and Girls club
§ Connects us to the community
§ Kids from rough backgrounds eat nice dinner with Brothers and teach them etiquette and go see a show.
o Develop into workshops with them
o Committee of at least 14 people
§ Men are especially needed to be role models to young boys

o Any senior thesis propsals for Light Lab are due by Oct. 1st
· CNU Initiative is having first show Wed. night in Arts Garden
